Lost luggage

Should your checked-in luggage not arrive with the flight you have travelled on, this fact must be reported at the Lost Baggage desk before leaving the baggage hall. Otherwise your eligibility for any compensation is immediately forfeited.

• Your baggage's details are entered in a worldwide baggage search system called World Tracer. If any of your data has been changed or was entered incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible so that your file sheet can be amended accordingly. It can make our work easier if you confirm that your name, address and the type of your baggage have been entered into the database correctly.
• As soon as your baggage turns up, we will notify you and discuss the time of delivery.
• Updated baggage search status is available on our website using World Tracer. Please, click here, Enter your 10-digit file reference number in the first dialog box on the bottom of the page. Afterwards, type in your name in the second box, then click on "Submit".

If your baggage continues to be missing for over 3 days, please fill out a lost baggage form and fax it to our Baggage Retrieval service at + 36 1 296 7327.

If we fail to retrieve your baggage in 21 days, please forward your claim to your insurance company or the airline. Further information is available in our Terms and Conditions.
