Problems with payment

If your payment was unsuccessful, please check if you entered your credit card number and expiry date correctly. We accept Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard credit/debit cards at the moment. There is a daily spending limit set for most of the credit/debit cards. Please make sure, that you are not trying to exceed your spending limit and you do have enough money on your account before you start your booking.

cvvValidation Number usage

For successfull payment the "Validation No" field must be filled with the CVC2 or CVV2 number. This number can be found on the back side of the card, above the signature panel. Only the last 3 numbers should be entered.

Virtual credit cards

You are welcome to use your virtual credit card for paying for flight tickets. If your virtual credit card is a plastic card, please present it when picking up the ticket. We would like to draw your attention to the fact, that in case of virtual credit cards, where the credit card number is temporary, refunds are only possible, when if the credit card holder presents a certificate regarding the credit card owner's identity issued by the bank.
