1. Best Group Fare Conditions
This offer is available exclusively for scheduled flights operated by Malév and is valid from 20 May 2010 until further notice.
The offer is matched against group bookings with similar conditions, that is, compared to the offers of other airlines with similar schedule and booking conditions. The following are qualified as similar schedule and booking conditions, in other words, the offer is valid only when all the conditions listed below are fulfilled:
- identical departure and arrival destinations, airports
- on the same day with +/- 3 hours departure and arrival times to the given city;
- identical number of people in the group;
- identical air ticket conditions and ticket issuance conditions;
- identical conditions attached to the deposit and payment.
The comparison fares must include the base airfare, airport duties, taxes and other charges.
Malév is able to guarantee the best group rate to the capacity of the given flight and subject to available seating on the flight.
How to apply for the best group rate
All applications must be made at www.malev.hu or at www.malev.com via the Group Request Form available at www.malev.hu/csoport or www.malev.com/group.
Furthermore, the Request must contain the following data: the precise departure and arrival dates, duration, number of persons in the group, the arrival station (city), the fare offer, the amount of the deposit and payment deadline, the deadline for ticket issuance, detailed air ticket conditions, the name, telephone number and e-mail address of the person requesting the offer. Malév will only accept requests for best rates when all of the above data are supplied in full.
Malév confirms accepted offer applications in an e-mail. The fare offer supplied by Malév is valid for 8 hours from confirmation of the offer application on the understanding that Malév accepts and responds to offer applications between 9 am - 5 pm on official working days. A response to an offer application is made within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) by e-mail.
Malév accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the loss - due to any technical fault - of either the offer application or the confirmation.
Malév retains the right to modify or suspend the current group rate promotion without previous notice.
2. *The conditions of the promotional fare of 29 900 HUF/ 99 EUR/pax
29 900 HUF price is valid for from Budapest return tickets; 99 EUR fare is valid for to Budapest return fares from the below destinations:
- Budapest - Belgrade, Gothenburg, London, Odessa, Athens, Saloniki, Zürich, Split, Tirgu Mures, Berlin
- Booking Class: T
- Minimum stay: one Saturday night or 3 nights
- Maximum stay: 1 month
- Infant discount: 90%. (no child discount)
- Deposit: 100%, within 24 hours after the confirmation
- The promotional fare includes all taxes and charges, is valid from 20 May 2010 until further notice.
