There's an old photograph on the hotel room table. Smiling cooks with moustaches proudly face the camera. Although the picture is more than one hundred years old, I am still grateful to them - in their time they must have cooked dishes like I had just sampled on the 19th floor, at the very top of the Kempinski Hotel. 'Panorama' is not only the name of the restaurant.
