When planning Bonus trips, you have the possibility of travelling together with others or allowing others to travel using your Bonus Points.
In this case we deduct the appropriate number of Bonus Points for the requested Bonus air tickets from your account.
All you have to do (when making a seat reservation) is indicate how many persons and who will be travelling with the Bonus tickets. All we ask is that you fill out and despatch to the Malév Customer Service Centre the Disclamation form, which can be downloaded from the Duna Club page, Documents at www.malev.com/dunaclub, latest when the Bonus ticket is collected.
The Disclamation form is your statement of consent allowing friends or family members to use your available Bonus Points to travel.
