In addition, the following price discounts apply to silver and gold card holders:
Silver Card Members: 10% discount
Gold Card Members: 15% discount with upgrade to next category (if available)
Platinum Card Members: 15% discount with upgrade to next category (if available) plus extra 5% discount for bookings more than 7 days.
Please note the following:
- Your Bonus Points and additional discounts (if applicable) are calculated on our internet prices.
- Cars already on special offer are excluded from this scheme
- Car hire reservations can only be made through one of our branch offices and not through any third party. (It is better to book your car through our central reservation service by phoning +36 1 382 9000. Please tell them that you are a Duna Club member).
- To qualify for Duna Club Bonus Points and discounts, please give your Duna Club Frequent Flyers number or Card at the time you make your booking, or, if delivered to a requested address, show your card to our delivery driver. We regret that we cannot award Duna Club Points retrospectively.
- Where Duna Club members are entitled to an additional discount, the number of Bonus Points will be calculated on the price shown on the car rental agreement.

Retro credit request
Retroactive point crediting may be requested for 1 year from the date of rental by providing the name, frequent flyer card number and the rental agreement. The request may be indicated at the below contacts of Malév Customer Relation Centre.

The rental agreement must contain the following information:
- name of the frequent flyer
- place of rental
- date of rental (from/to)
If the point crediting request is accepted by the rent a car company, the Bonus Points will be transferred automatically to the account of the frequent flyer, which appears in the online balance.
If you do not find your points credited on your balance, please contact Malév Customer Relation Centre on the above mentioned e-mail address or fax number.
