Retro credit request
Retroactive point crediting may be requested for 6 month from the date of rental by providing the name, frequent flyer card number and the rental agreement. The request may be indicated at the below contacts of Malév Customer Relation Centre

The rental agreement must contain the following information:
- name of the frequent flyer
- place of rental
- agreement number
- last date of rental (day/month/year)
If the point crediting request is accepted by the rent a car company, the Bonus Points will be transferred automatically to the account of the frequent flyer, which appears in the online balance.
