Retro creditrequest
Should you have any claim regarding your uncredited Bonus Points you earned during your stay in the hotels below, please follow the procedure below:

- REZIDOR - (Radisson SAS, Regent, Park Inn
Procedure:
Retroactive point crediting may be requested for 1 year from the date of staying in the hotel by providing the name, frequent flyer card number and the hotel invoice. The request may be indicated at the below contacts of Malév Customer Relation Centre.

Hotel invoice must contain the following information:
- name of the frequent flyer
- name and address of the hotel
- date of arrival/departure
- amount paid for the staying
If the point crediting request is accepted by the hotel, the Bonus Points will be transferred automatically to the account of the frequent flyer, which appears in the online balance.
If you do not find your points credited on your balance, please contact Malév Customer Relation Centre on the above mentioned e-mail address or fax number.
In case of rejection any further claim is handled by the hotel or the hotel chain.
