There is no common oneworld frequent flyer programme in place, each member airline operates its own system with its own tier denominations and tiers. In order to identify the tiers applied by the different airlines, oneworld has established universal tiers which bear the names of various precious stones. In the bottom right corner of each frequent flyer card, the precious stone indicating the respective oneworld tier and the logo of the alliance are shown.
The highest tier available in oneworld's frequent flyer programme is Emerald, which corresponds to the Duna Club Platinum tier in Malév's frequent flyer programme.
Duna Club Gold level is called Sapphire and Duna Club Silver level is called Ruby in oneworld.
The Duna Club programme comprises five - Basic, Blue, Silver (Ruby), Gold (Sapphire) and Platinum (Emerald) - different membership tiers. A frequent flyer card is assigned to each tier. By stepping up from one tier to another, you become entitled to services of higher value.
