Retro credit request - Airlines

If you find that your points have been incorrectly registered, you can request retroactive crediting of points of your Malév flights online on www.malev.com web site under  "online services". Give your card number and PIN code and then input details of the Malév flight flown at least 1 month earlier and not more than 1 year ago at the "points crediting" submenu.

If you ask retro credit of your flights completed on the flights of our partner airlines you'll need to send copies of the relevant air ticket and boarding cards - or legible scanned versions of these documents - to the Malév Duna Club address (Malév Customer Service Centre, H-1132 Budapest, Váci út 26.), or fax them to                  (36 1) 235 3244 or e-mail them to dunaclub@malev.hu within one year of the flight.

We credit Bonus Points to the day of flight, and Club Points to the day of retroactive points crediting. It is recommended that you enter all requests for retroactive points crediting well in advance of the annual Bonus Card review date.
