This is to inform our customers that the validity of Bonus Points with an original expiry date of 30 September 2009 has been extended; frequent flyers now have until 30 November 2009 to redeem these points for Bonus air tickets. This extended Bonus Points deadline does not apply to Bonus Points expiring on 31 December 2009. Bonus tickets being exchanged for expiring Bonus Points can be arranged at the following contact points between 8 am - 8 pm daily (Monday-Sunday) until 31 December 2009.
