Lost or Damaged  Luggages & Lost and Found

If a passenger’s luggage does not delivered with the same flight, MALÉV GH will start its localization through the Word Tracer system, which is used by most of the airlines and ground handling agents to locate undelivered items.

If a passenger finds his luggage damaged upon arrival, a case-file is created, which the passenger may use to contact the airline or the insurance company with his/her complaint.
The lost or forgotten belongings are kept for 60 days.
