AirBridge Zrt. is a Hungarian private limited company majority owned (51%) by Hungarian private individual - Magdolna Költő - with the remaining 49% owned by Vnyesekonom Bank. It was established in order to participate in the privatization of Malév Hungarian Airlines. The objective of the company is to maintain the status of Malév as the flag carrier of Hungary, to guarantee the competitiveness of the airline and to ensure its profitable operation.
